I made it a few days ago for a family celebration and my family wolfed it down. Today I have another excuse to make it because it's my cousin's birthday. I used Greek yogurt and rice bran oil. The cake is so light and beautifully lemony. I have no idea if it keeps well or not because it didn't last long.
