Yes, they do tend to stick to the tin a bit, but seems to firm up a bit more after they cool down a little and makes it a little easier to remove from the tin. Did you use large eggs to make these, or maybe add a bit more egg so it sets better. Plus I think my potatoes could have been better minced [lazy], but I'm definitely going to try again because the flavour was there.
